This Buffalo Chicken Dip is my absolute favorite snack to make at home.
It's gooey, spicy, and cheesy — perfect with chips and or veggies.
You'll never go wrong with this dip!
Ingredients
WHAT YOU NEED!
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing if you prefer)
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra stretch)
2 green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar (and mozzarella if using).
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or toasted bread.
Tip: You can also make this in a slow cooker — cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
